WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
I am happy to exchange or refund your greeting card if you are not satisfied with it providing it is in pristine condition in original packaging. Please contact me by email within one week of receiving your purchase if you would like to make a return. In order to return an item, you must ship the package back to me at your expense. I will then offer a refund of the purchase price of the item.
Items other than Blingbebe Greeting cards and CARDzees are final sale.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your items arrive damaged, or never arrived, please contact me. I will work with you to come up with a solution on a case by case basis.
